Distilled in a Canadian made copper pot still and aged with once used bourbon barrels until the desired maturation is achieved. It is made from glacier-fed water that originates on the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian molasses. Great for sipping neat, on ice, or in premium cocktails.
A delightful blend of vanilla, butterscotch and caramel emerge with a short toasted oak finish.
