Refund policy
While our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their orders, we are only able to process refunds under two conditions: failed delivery attempt or damaged product.
Refunds for failed delivery can take up to 15 business days to process.
Should you receive a damaged product please reach out to the relevant customer service email below with a picture of the damaged product and they will endeavour to assist you.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
