Cellar Master's Tour

Step into the role of a cellar master with this exclusive, hands-on experience. The journey includes a guided formal rum tasting accompanied by thoughtfully selected appetizers. Along the way, you will uncover the story behind one of Canada’s most infamous rum-running murders, delve into Alberta’s lesser-known rum-running history, and discover the intricacies of our rum making process. To conclude the session, you will determine the blend of your very own bottle of custom rum to take home. Duration 2.0-2.5 hours. 

We suggest arranging for a ride as there is a lot of sampling with this tour. Tours are conducted in groups of up to 10 people.
