Dark Rum - Bourbon Barrel Aged

An international award-winning Dark Rum.

We start with glacier-fed water that originates on the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian molasses. It is distilled in a Canadian-made copper pot still and matured in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve until the desired maturation is achieved. The Rum is spiced with vanilla beans. cardamom, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, and just a touch of cracked black pepper.

Tasting Notes

Opens with vanilla followed by a cascade of fresh spices wrapped. It is remarkably smooth with a long complex finish.  Great neat, on ice or in a premium cocktail.
