Dark Sugarcane Spirit
An award-winning sugarcane spirit.
It starts with glacier-fed water that originates on the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian molasses. It is distilled in Canadian made copper pot stills and aged with once used bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve until the desired maturation is achieved. It is then spiced with a curated selection of 7 fresh spices and finished with a combination of fancy and blackstrap molasses. Only the best ingredients are used - no synthetic flavours or syrups.
A unique blend of fresh spices present themselves wrapped in the rich notes of the molasses, creating a unique flavour profile unlike any other rum you’ve ever tasted.
